5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNPAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use our Service
- Any documents you upload, sign, or store through our Service
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in documents signed through our Service
- Any legal consequences, disputes, or losses arising from documents signed through our Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our Service
- Any failure of electronic signatures to be legally valid or enforceable
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Enterprise plans are available for larger organizations.
9.2 Payment Terms

- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
- We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our Service
9.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
